Therefore, Fitme supports nationwide COD (cash on delivery) shipping, allowing you to shop with peace of mind and only pay after inspecting the product in person.

DELIVERY TIME

Fitme's shipping time is calculated after your order has been successfully confirmed and the system sends a confirmation notification to your registered email. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Ho Chi Minh City:
  Customers in the inner city area will receive their orders within approximately 1 – 2 business days
• Other provinces/cities:
  Delivery time is 3 – 5 business days, depending on geographical distance and shipping conditions in the area.

Deliveries are made during business hours, from Monday to Saturday

EXPRESS DELIVERY (SAME DAY)

For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, Fitme supports same-day express delivery service for urgent orders.

• Applicable for orders placed before 2:00 PM daily
• Scope: inner city of Ho Chi Minh City

Note: Due to operational specificities, Fitme cannot guarantee 100% handling of all express orders, but our team will definitely do our best to help you receive your order on time.

SHIPPING FEES & FREE SHIPPING POLICY

• Fixed shipping fee: 30,000 VND/order nationwide
• FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING for all orders with a value of 300,000 VND or more
