From the crawling position, gently lift your leg and hold the pose to strengthen muscles.13. Spinal Twist:
Sit comfortably and twist your body backward, stimulating spinal flexibility.14. Lying Knee Rotation:
Lie down and rotate your knees to one side, holding the pose to stretch your back muscles.15. Hamstring and Glute Stretch:
From the kneeling position, gently bend your toes towards you to stretch your hamstrings and glutes.16. Release:
