Day 2 Exercises:
1. Glute Squeeze:Sit comfortably, squeeze your glute muscles together tightly. Hold the pose for a few seconds, focusing on the feeling of tension in the glute area.
2. Thigh Lift:
Sit upright, gently lift your leg off the ground, hold the pose, then lower it. Repeat with both legs.
3. Thigh Stretch:
Sit comfortably, extend one leg forward and bend the other leg to feel the stretch in the back of your thigh.
4. Glute/Thigh/Abdominal Stretch:
Sit upright, gently lean your body forward, hold the pose to feel the stretch in your glutes, thighs, and abdomen..
5. Quadriceps Stretch:
Sit upright, extend your leg forward and gently flex your toes towards yourself to stretch the quadriceps.
6. Thigh Taps:
Sit upright, gently tap your thighs up and down like a light bouncing motion.
7. Lower Back and Glute Stretch:
Sit upright, lean your body forward, hold the pose to feel the stretch in your lower back and glutes.8. Happy Baby Pose:
Sit upright, gently lean your body forward, bring your knees out to the sides and let them touch the ground.
9. Hip Flexor Stretch:
Sit upright, gently open your legs out to the sides to stretch your muscles and hip joints..
10. Glute Bridge:
Lie on your back, place your feet on the ground and lift your hips high, forming a glute lift motion.
11. Knees to Chest:
Lie on your back, hug your knees towards your chest and hold the pose to stretch your back and thighs.
12. Spinal Twist and Glute/Thigh Stretch:
Sit upright, twist your body to each side to stimulate spinal flexibility and stretch your glutes and thighs.
